ROUNDTABLE IS BACK AND BIGGER THAN EVER! #RT18 #RT18: CABS Roundtable is one of Canada’s largest and most prestigious student-run conferences, and the keystone event in the CABS conference circuit. An annual affair, it connects over 250 of the brightest student leaders from over 25 of the top business schools across the country. Every year since its inception in 2008, CABS Roundtable has been hosted in a different Canadian city. The host university is selected by the CABS board of directors and is mandated to create and promote a conference that highlights leadership, team building, and best practices to ensure the success of each school’s individual business society. Some details about the job: • Attend meetings to record minutes. • Maintain scheduling and event calendars. • Publish resolutions and ensure conformity of administrative documents with governance and laws. • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. • Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material. • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
